If feeding Leaps & Bounds for the first time, mix increasing amounts of the new food while decreasing the old food over a period of 7 to 10 days.

Dog Weight	Daily Intake	Daily Topper Intake
2 – 5 kg	30 – 55 g	Serve a small amount on top of your dog’s favourite meal. To avoid overfeeding, adjust the total portion sizes to meet your dog’s daily calorie needs.
5 – 10 kg	55 – 90 g
10 – 20 kg	90 – 165 g
20 – 30 kg	165 – 235 g
30+ kg	Add 15g per 1kg additional body weight depending on breed and activity level.

This feeding guide should be seen as a guide only. Your dog may need more or less to maintain its proper weight depending on its age, breed and activity level. To rehydrate: simply add warm water to the freeze-dried food, and your pet has a fresh meal ready in seconds.
